SAN JOSE, Tarlac - The coveted gold medal is still evading the Davao Region Athletic Association (Davraa) as it settled for one tennis silver, two swimming bronze medals and one badminton bronze after Day 3 of the 2010 Palarong Pambansa.
Davraa, which escaped with a 2-1 win over Eastern Visayas RAA in the semifinals, was dethroned of its crown after bowing to Northern Mindanao RAA, 0-2, in the elementary girls tennis team finals at the Hacienda Luisita Country Club Tennis Courts.

DAVAO CITY – The Department of Education (DepEd) will make as a model the Davao City government project providing housing to public school teachers and non-teaching personnel.
This developed as top officials from the government’s key housing agencies signed here recently a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Davao City government that would provide housing to homeless public school teachers and non-teaching personnel in the city.
